There are 5 Cure Bears in this series and the tags are serially numbered /5.
2 of the bears have a voile skirt.
and the other 3 have a lace skirt.
Each also wears a voile or satin scarf.

Cure was released by Ty Warner in 2003 to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in the USA.

Cure's hang tag poem reads:
To those we've lost and those we love
Our promise is to rise above
We know we'll beat this, that's for sure
Support the cause, help find a cure!

Cure is a delicate shade of pink with a tiny pink ribbon sewn onto her chest.
April has given each Cure Bear a pink wristband, either as a belt or as a sash.
Each has a pink ribbon pin securing her scarf.
The bears also wear a pretty headband made from voile with pink crystal beads threaded on at intervals.
Each comes in its own beautifully decorated display case
with a hand-painted awareness ribbon logo on one side and delicate ribbon edging the lid.
A CHERISH card and Cancer Research UK 'Think Pink' pin badge accompany each bear, which also comes with a lovely little tote bag with the wording:
'SHOW YOU CARE
BE AWARE'
and a pink awareness ribbon car magnet.
What a wonderful package of items!
